HOW IT WORKS
Once you begin using my services, I will build a complete client profile for you so I can keep track of the services you need and special requests or considerations you may have.  I will require a deposit for your account for all services and to cover out-of-pocket expenses incurred during your order (unless other arrangements are made ahead of time).  Whether you need me for a one-time task or a long-term relationship, I am here for you.

HOURS, PRICING, & THE SMALL PRINT

HOURS:

    •  Weekends and after 6pm on Weekdays
    I will do overnights for house, pet, or child sitting but I likely will not run out for ice cream at midnight, unless the price is right!  My hours are designed to accommodate client needs. Please inquire about overnight pricing!


    PRICES:

    • $20 - 50 an hour for services scheduled at least a day in advance*
    • $35 - $75 an hour for NEED IT NOW SERVICE*
    • Barter - In some circumstances, I am willing to barter for other services or items, please call or email me with your offer.

    PACKAGE PRICES:

    • Concierge Package - $150.00 ($15 an hour) with the 10-hour discount package (save $50) - AFFORDABLE and FLEXIBLE - My most popular package because it provides you with the security of knowing help is just a phone call away.  [This package includes ALL services except Organizing and Cleaning

    • Bachelor/Bachelorette Package - $75 for three hours of general cleaning for a one-bedroom home for upkeep, which usually includes, dish-washing, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping, lite dusting, bed making, and generally making your apartment look presentable for your sanity and/or for guests.   [This package DOES NOT include deep cleaning of kitchen or bathroom

    • Laundry Package - $25 per two loads of laundry, not including the cost of machines and detergent.

    • Grocery Package - $25 for medium size grocery list which includes delivery within San Francsico.

    • Airport Package - $25 for rides from San Francisco to SFO or OAK and from SFO or OAK to San Francisco between the hours of 8am and 8pm.   $35 between the hours of 9pm and 7am.

    • Party Package - $65 for two to three hours of party set-up and clean-up help.

    • Vacation Packages -
    1. Basic Visit includes services such as, mail and newspaper pick-up, trashcan take out and retrieval, water plants, alternate lights and windows to make your house look occupied. We can customize these services for your needs.     $20 a day, one visit within SF.
    2. Pet Visit includes lots of love and attention to your furry, feathered, or finned friends.  I refill all bowls with fresh food and water, a 40 minute walk for dogs, and/or play with cat(s) or bird(s), maintain litter box / bird cage, and feed fish, twice a day, if needed.  $50 a day for 1-2 pets, up to 2 visits.  For each additional pet add $5.
    3. My Pet Plus Visit includes the Basic and Pet Visit combined.  $60 a day for 1-2 pets, up to 2 visits. For each additional pet add $5. Eliminate the stress for you and your pet by keeping your pets on their normal routine. You will enjoy your time away knowing that your furry or feathered friends are comfortable at home.

    THE SMALL PRINT:

    • All services within SF City limits are charged a minimum of One Hour and then calculated by 30-minute increments up to two hours, then 15-minute increments after the first two hours. Two Hour minimum outside SF City limits.
    • Travel beyond a 5 mile radius from San Francisco will be billed separately.
    • Rates reflect charges for services rendered and do not include any merchandise purchased, parking fees, bridge tolls, or any goods charged by a third party vendor related to a clients request. 
    • Hourly rates are based on one Associate Assistant.  Projects requiring more than one Associate Assistant will be an additional cost.

    • 10 hour discount package is billed at $15 an hour and requires advanced payment. 10 hours must be used within 30 days from date of purchase and are non-transferable. Unused hours expire after the 30th day unless an expiration extension was added at the time of purchase. Time exceeding 10 hours will be billed at the regular price per hour.
    • In order to provide excellent service I ask that you give a general overview of what your needs are for each package month.
    • 24-hour notice is requested for all errands and cancellation notice. Cancellations received less than 24 hours from the time of service will be charged a cancellation fee for the total number of hours booked.
    • Methods of Payment: Cash or PayPal, preferred. Checks accepted. A deposit may be required for first time clients or big projects.
